James Monroe "Jim" Lollis, a resident of Broken Arrow and a former Henryetta resident, died Oct. 7, 2015 in Tulsa at the age of 86. He was born June 7, 1929 in Lamar, Ark., to Frank Lollis Sr. and Mattie (Carter) Lollis.
He married Gladys July 24, 1948 in Tulsa. Jim owned and operated Brown Printing for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mattie Lollis, three brothers, and two sisters.
Jim is survived by his wife Gladys Lollis of the home; daughter, Barbara Biby and husband Richard of Broken Arrow; two sons: Floyd Lollis and wife Lynne of McKinney, Tex., and Bruce Lollis and wife Robin of Henryetta; daughter, Jeanie Hankins and husband Ron of Broken Arrow; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 9, 2015 at Integrity Funeral Service with the family present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Jason Haldenman, Travis Lollis, Frank Fortino, Jack CastaƱeda, Tim Lollis, and Mark Lollis.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015 at the Dewar First Baptist Church. Interment will be in Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow at 2:30 p.m. the same day. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
