There was an hour of entertainment that ranged from song and dance to comedy Thursday morning as the Henryetta elementary students held their first Fall variety show.
The morning's fun was a prelude to the evening performance scheduled at the high school auditorium.
Skits included Cheyenne Woods performing the National Anthem, first and second grade cheerleaders with a routine to Shake it Off, Alana Lawrence presenting the fight song and the students in Angela Glover's and Donna McFerran's classes doing the Monster Mash.
Anna Kiner gave a piano solo followed by the third and fourth grade cheerleader with a salute, Bailey and Jocee Putman singing This is the Stuff and Emma Thompson breaking boards with a tae kwon do exhibition. That was followed by Felicity Burden doing the Whip/nae nae aided by several active teachers.
Tonya Wilkerson's class joined music teacher Angela McGehee in Getting to Know You followed by Liberty Easter performing Over the Rainbow, members of Kallie Dodge's class danced to Rockin' Robin and Samantha Marinelli performed the Cup Song.
Standup cominc Wesley Neal gave a humerous routine followed by Vicky Tiger's class doing the class poem. Caveryn Foster signed to a song and the fifth and sixth grade cheerleaders performed a routine to Solja Boy.
