Construction crews are busy getting forms in place at the city water plant.
When finished, concrete abutments will be strengthening the sides of the concrete tanks holding fresh water.
Those repairs were said to be necessary after it was discovered reinforcement bars were too small to hold back the weight of the water.
Cracks and leaks began at the plant within months of the work completed about two years ago.

City manager Ted Graham told council members the work should be completed within the next three weeks.
Those issues, along with other problems in both engineering and construction have the city involved in a lawsuit against the engineering company and contractor.
Tuesday night Graham told the council the January sales tax return was only slightly ahead of last year.
He said the city received $216,457.38. That is compared to $216,202.78 last January.
He pointed out the city has changed the distribution of the sales taxes. That change came following the election last June extending the sales tax.
With the new distribution, the city's general fund received $81,171.53 while another $54,114.35 when to the Municipal Authority. The Henryetta Economic Development Authority received $9,019 and $72,152.47 applied to the restricted funds.
Graham said new street signs are on order or will be ordered. "We are trying to be as correct or as accurate as possible. We are finding some misspelled streets." he said.
"I hope this time the signs will stay up for awhile," mayor Bill Goodner said.
Graham said new fasteners make it more difficult for them to be taken. "Basically a person has to saw them off."
Problems with truck traffic to Anchor Glass has resulted in large trucks becoming stuck crossing the railroad tracks on Trudgeon.
Graham said the Oklahoma Department of Transportation has suggested working with Anchor officials to get the trucks redirected.
Being studied is improvements to the US 75 entrance as well as the possibility of using Frisco for truck traffic.
