| It appears as though a multi-state auto theft ring may be crashing down thanks to some investigating by Henryetta lawmen. Police Chief Steve Norman and detective Jeremy Wade found the Freightliner and Pace Shadow trailer stolen from Henryetta Ford last week. The discovery was made as the two were on their way to Admore to meet with officers from that town about the investigation. Detective Wade saw the truck and trailer parked near the highway and the two stopped to investigate. In addition to the $250,000 truck and trailer recovery, Chief Norman said several, "tens of thousands of dollars of other property has been recovered. Arrested Thursday was Kenneth Ray Wright. He was booked into the Carter County jail. "There are more arrests anticipated," the police chief said. |
