Ashtyn Taylor received her crown as the Dewar Dragons' 2016 basketball queen Friday night. Coronation ceremonies were held prior to the game with Hanna.

She plans to attend Connors State ColIege in Warner and major in Fitness Training.
She was escorted by Bryton Edmundson, son of Howard and Susan Edmundson. He has a sister, Ashley and two brothers, Nolan and Corbyn. Bryton's grandparents are Joan Klimek and Mary Edmundson. His activities include basketball three years, baseball three years, football three years and rodeo. Bryton is a member of the OWRAA. Bryton plans on graduating high school and attending Connors State College to Rodeo on their Rodeo Team. After getting his Associates Degree, he plans on getting his own ranch and cattle company, while raising a family.
The flower girl was Korbyn Anderson, daughter of Michael and Alisha Anderson. She has a sister, Kobee and a brother, Kannon. Her grandparents are Don and Annette Corbin, Nita and Danny Cook, and Mike Anderson. Korbyn is in first grade and loves to watch the Dewar High School cheerleaders and do cheers with them. When she grows up, she wants to become a doctor or nurse because she loves to take care of others.
The crown bearer was Isaiah Osmun, son of Joe and Ashley Osmun and has a brother, Ethan. His grandparents are Debbie Albert, Bobby Mings, Pamela Snyder-Osmun and the late Ronald Osmun. Isaiah is in Kindergarten. He loves attending church, and he enjoys riding his four-wheeler and swimming. Isaiah also loves school and spending time with_his little brother.

State University and study abroad.
