Tuesday, May 10, marks the final chance for Dewar area residents to participate in Oklahoma Blood Institute’s (OBI) Blood Donor Challenge.
Dewar High School is hosting the blood drive at the Dewar United Pentecostal Church. Anyone who in good health and 16 or older is eligible to donate.  Each donor will receive a Blood Donor Challenge T-shirt between 2 and 5:30 p.m.
OBI exclusively serves hospitals such as Muscogee Creek Nation Medical Center.  This and 150 other state hospitals rely solely on blood donors with Oklahoma Blood Institute every time a patient needs it.
