HHS Cheerleaders
The Henryetta High School cheerleaders just completed a National Cheerleader’s Association three-day Summer Varsity Spirit Camp.  Coach Sontag and the girls kicked off the camp in Henryetta Sunday night with a lock-in and learned new cheers, chants, stunts, and dances to support the players and entertain the crowds during the upcoming school year.  
The squad this year consists of three seniors:  Jaycee Barton, Lilly Rainwater, and Patience Whitlock; four juniors:  Shelby Bullard, Mazie Potter, Cailey Rempe, and Mallory Snyder; four sophomores: Kaitlyn Clark, Jenifer Denton, Brittani Hembree, and Brittany Van Straten; and six freshmen:  Ava Gold, Ashlyn Green, Kaylie Hamric, Taylor Hodge, Bayliegh Nye, and  Emily Smith.
The team received a Herkie Team Award, Squad Credentialing Award, and Technical Exellence Award and received an invitations to participate in the NCA National Championship Bid and to attend various NCA Events.  Each girl also received superior ribbons.  
Three girls, Jaycee Barton, Lilly Rainwater, and Mallory Snyder, qualified for the NCA All-American team.cheer superior
