downed limb

Okmulgee County was ravaged by a fast-moving storm Friday morning resulting in scattered power outages and some wind damage.
The storm was responsible for knocking out electrical service in the Schulter area affecting nearly 400 residents. That was the biggest single incident according to Public Service Company. Henryetta had five homes without electricity and a couple of houses out of power south of Okmulgee.
At one point Friday morning Henryetta high school was briefly without electricity.
Okemah reported over 100 customers without service.
The storm dumped nearly three inches of rain within an hour Friday morning, filling up ditches and backing up several storm drains.
A number of limbs were blown down , the largest of which was nearly 10 inches in diameter on East Main. That large limb struck a neighboring home causing minor damage.
Police said there were no accidents caused by the deluge.
