Tracy Cox, a Porter, Okla., resident, died April 27, 2017 in Okmulgee at the age of 45. She was born Oct. 19, 1971 in El Paso, Texas to Daniel Burwell Cox and Peggy Ann (Bowen) Cox. Tracy worked as a CMA, Med Aide in nursing homes.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lee and Minnie Bower, also by her paternal grandfather, Dan Cox.
Tracy is survived by Duane Qualls of the home; her parents: Daniel and Peggy Cox of Tahlequah; brother, Brad Cox of Tahlequah; niece, Courtnie Cox of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater; nephew, Brett Cox of Hulbert; paternal grandmother, Donna Cox of Tahlequah; also by Kimberly Qualls of Monet, Missouri; Ladena Qualls and Bree of Inola; Dusty Qualls of Inola; twin grandchildren, William and Levi Qualls of Inola; father-in-law, Clyde Qualls of Morris; mother-in-law, Betty Thornburg of Arizona; also by friends and other relatives.
Viewing will be Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Service.
Due to weather forecasts the services have been moved to Integrity Chapel at 1 p.m., Monday, May 1, 2017 with Rev. Gregg Joki officiating. Interment will follow in New Sonora Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
