cops investigating

Henryetta police are searching for a juvenile believed to be responsible for a shooting around 7 p.m. Monday.
According to Henryetta police chief Steve Norman, the shooting occurred in front of a home in the 900 block of West Gentry.
One person was said to have been shot in the stomach and taken to Hillcrest Henryetta Hospital. That individual was flown to a Tulsa hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
“After hours of interviews, we have developed a juvenile suspect but friends and family claim to have not seen him since the shooting,” said the chief.
Officers searched for that individual throughout the night and will begin looking again Tuesday.
Due to the age of the suspect, police would not release his name.
