A planned benefit murder mystery dinner for the Territorial Museum has been changed.
According to Historical Society president Mike Doak, the dinner is still going to be held March 30 at the civic center but there will not be the planned presentation.
"We have been planning this for a few weeks and each week we lose an actor or two and with only two weeks before the dinner, we are dropping the Murder Mystery," Doak said.
He said the dinner and silent and live auctions will be held. Tickets are $25 each and it will start at 6 p.m.
Funds from the effort will be used to replace the roof at the museum. Doak explained the roof is over 30 years old and has developed a number of leaks.
Tickets are available from Doak as well as Eddy Thomas, Mary Warden, Cathy Warden, Murray Key, Nancy Miller, Sharon Glidden.
