Pauline Virginia (Wells) Huddleston, a resident of Henryetta, died Nov. 21, 2017 in Tulsa at the age of 96. Pauline was born July 28, 1921 in Hanna to Oscar Wells and Edith (Wallace) Wells. She grew up in the Dustin area and attended Dustin Public Schools.
Following her education, Pauline married the love of her life, Kenneth L. Huddleston Dec. 24, 1946 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She remained happily married to Kenneth for 67 years until his death in 2013. The last four years, Pauline has been a resident at Crystal Springs Retirement Center.
Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Huddleston who passed in 2013; both her mother and father; 6 brothers and 1 sister; and a daughter-in-law, Judy Jones.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Anderson and husband Glen of Wetumka; son, Kenneth Jones of Dustin, son Ronnie Huddleston & wife Cecelia of Broken Arrow, and son, Marcus Huddleston and wife Florence of Edmond; five grandchildren: Stephanie Mullenix, Mark Huddleston, Christina Patchin, Kenny David Huddleston, and Ron Aaron Huddleston; five great grandchildren: Tristan Patchin, Lindy Huddleston, Sophie Huddleston, Nathan Huddleston, and Hailey Huddleston; two sisters: Ruth Stanger of Okmugee and Carolyn McNeil of Turpin; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many good friends.
Viewing for Pauline will held Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 2 until 8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
A funeral service is set for Monday, November 27, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Wetumka with Rev. Kurt Bellinger officiating. Interment will follow immediately at Wetumka Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.
Pallbearers will be Ron Huddleston, Ron Aaron Huddleston, Marcus Huddleston, Mark Huddleston, Kenny Jones, and Kenny David Jones.
