The grandson of an elderly couple is wanted for their murder.
murder suspectA warrant charging Harlon Lee Foss with first degree murder was issued this week. It follows nearly two months of investigation by the OSBI and McIntosh County Sheriff’s officers.
Foss was said to have lived with Virgil and Rowena Ingraham in Oklahoma City. Their bodies were found dumped along a dirt road just off the Tiger Mountain exit on Interstate 40 in mid-November.
The suspect was said to have to co-workers living with his grandparents was “driving him crazy” and he had no freedom. His grandmother recently began locking him out of the home when the couple left.
The Oklahoma City Police Department Crime Scene Unit found bloodstains and blood smears inside the home and bloody clothing matching the size of Foss inside the washing machine.
