Teresa Michelle (Goodson) Roberson, a resident of Henryetta, died Feb. 4, 2018 in Henryetta at the age of 50. Teresa was born Sept. 12, 1967 in McAlester to Charles Leonard Goodson and Deborah (Shepard) Goodson Smith.
She grew up in the McAlester area, attended school there, and graduated from McAlester High School. She later attended East Central State University in Ada where she majored in finance.
Teresa lived for several years in Germany, where her husband was stationed with his military service. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles L Goodson; her grandparents, Germaine and Dan Shepard; an uncle, Ron Shepard; a grandmother, Annalee Goodson; and a sister, Rhonda Shepard.
She is survived by a daughter, Brittany Hoadley and husband Scott of Broken Arrow; her mother, Deborah Smith; two sisters: Marla Byroads and companion Dave Hutchings of Henryetta and Nichole Randall and husband Justin of Henryetta; two brothers: Sean Sanford and wife Judy of Okemah and Phillip Perez of Okemah; two grandsons: Collin Hoadley and Noah Northern of Broken Arrow; three nieces: Madison Byroads, Janie Palmer, and Julia Morton; four nephews: Justin Palmer, Aiden Randall, Nicholas George,and Devin George and by other extended family and many good friends.
The family has designated Alzheimers Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., 17th floor, Chicago, IL 60601-7633 as appropriate for memorial contributions.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Integrity Chapel in Henryetta. Her remains will be buried at a later date at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta. Cremation and service arrangements have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service of Henryetta.
