The 2017-18 Henryetta Knights are district champions. They captured the title Friday night with a 62-59 win over Meeker that put them in the regionals tournament to be played here.
That regional contest will see the Knights playing Oktaha at 8 p.m. The Oktaha Tigers downed Pocola Saturday 56-48.
If the Knights come away with a win, they will face the winner of the Star Spencer-Beggs game Saturday evening at 8.
The Lady Knights lost to Meeker 50-25 in the district contest and will be playing Oktaha Thursday afternoon at 1:30. The Lady Tigers were the 55-20 losers against Pocola in their district game.
