When fall sports get underway next year at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, HHS graduate Shelby Bullard will be cheering the athletes on. She signed her letter of intent to attend the Shawnee university Tuesday afternoon. A senior this year, Bullard is the daughter of David and Stacy Bullard.
