Firemen from Henryetta, Dewar and surrounding departments battled a blaze along the railroad tracks by Frisco Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
The fire was kept away from any homes but swept through an oil field equipment storage site burning up to some storage tanks.
High winds and lack of easy access made fighting the fire difficult but it was brought  under control after about an hour. No word has been given as to the start of the blaze.
Later that evening, firemen were called to a mobile home fire south of Henreytta. The cause of that fire is still under investigation.
