An Okmulgee man had to be flown to a Tulsa hospital for treatment of injuries he sustained in a crash west of Checotah Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Clinton Thomas, 65, Okmulgee, was the driver of a 2003 Ford pickup that was eastbound on SH 266.
Trooper Christopher Reeves, said his vehicle went across the center line and collided with a 2015 Dodge Ram driven by Scott Berry, 56, Council Hill.
The OHP said Thomas received head and body injuries and was in stable condition at the hospital.
