Nacole Bain has been officially charged with first degree murder in the death of Henryetta area resident Addison Waddell.
Bain appeared by video Thursday afternoon in an initial hearing where she heard the charge read against her by associate district judge Pandee Rameriz.
In addition to the murder accusation, district attorney Rob Barris has requested bond be revoked in two earlier cases as well as revocation of suspended sentences in cases dating back to 2015.
Those cases range from uttering a forged instrument to petit larceny.
The 37-year-old Bain has been in the Okmulgee County jail since June 30 in connection with the death of Waddell.
His decomposing body was found in a barrel near Gun Club Road north of Okmulgee earlier this month.
Bain had been sought as a material witness in the case then investigators charged her in the death.
