Despite the summer heat, the plants around the front of Bobbie Morgan's house provide a lush, green framework. Located on South b Street, her home was named Yard of the Month for July. As her reward for the horticultural efforts, she received a gift basket from First Family Federal Credit Union and will display the Yard of the Month sign for all her neighbors to see.
