Three felony charges have been filed against an Okmulgee County resident in connection with an alleged internet sex crime.
Chrisandra Skinner, 31 has been charged with Child Sexual Exploitation, The Distribution of Obscene Material and the Production of Obscene Material.skinner
She is alleged to have taken photographs of a juvenile’s genitalia and distributed them to a man in another state.
State officials were notified of of the crime by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said the crimes started last March.
Skinner was arrested Dec. 14 for a probation violation and the felony charges filed Dec. 18.
