The OHP is still trying to determine the cause of a crash that claimed the life of a Henryetta man early Friday morning.
Tom Nunn, 38, was the driver of a 2017 Nissan Sentra that crashed on I-40 west of Henryetta just before 2 a.m.
According to OHP Trooper Brian Warrant, Nunn was going west on the Interstate when his car went off the roadway to the right and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene from massive injuries.
He said Nunn was apparently not wearing his seat belt.
