The Lady Knights broke a second inning 10-all tie in the third with a pair of back to back home runs to eventually dominate over Barnsdall with a 25-10 win Monday night.
Playing at Kellyville, Henryetta jumped off to a 5-0 lead in the first inning with a three-run homer by Lauren Lee then Avery Miller hit a fly to centerfield for a home run followed by Autumn Blackbear with a home run fly to left.
Barnsdall came back in the bottom of the first with a three run homer.
Jaylyn Joslin and Miller both had home runs in the second scoring two runs each then Madlyn Blackbear scored after Kaylie Hamric got on with a single.
A Barnsdall solo home run and grand slam in the second tied up the game.
That’s when the Lady Knights put their bats to work. Joslin started it with a three-run homer solo homer by Lee then two run line drive to left home run bby Madlyn Blackbear.
Singles by Hamric and Huleah Wincle added two more runs and Emily Smith capped it off with a double that scored Lexi Lollis.
The game ended with Lee nailing a two run homer to left followed by Lollis picking up a two-out grand slam homer.
Overall, Henryetta racked up 26 hits in the game.
