Three people were injured early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 40 three miles west of Okemah.
According to OHP trooper Keith Burch, a 2014 Ford Mustang driven by Danielle Lasarge, 19, Henryetta, was eastbound on I-40 when it went out of control and off the roadway striking a tree.
Lasarge and two other passengers in the vehicle were taken to Tulsa hospitals for treatment of multiple injuries. All are listed in stable conditions.
Trooper Burch said the roadway was wet at the time due to a rainstorm that was in progress at the time of the crash.
One of the passengers was thrown from the car after impact with the tree.
