Two men are in custody in connection with the murder of 37-year-old Sean Michael Henderson.
Henderson’s body was found floating in floodwater outside of Mannford May 30. The Creek County Sheriff’s Office requested that the OSBI assist with the investigation after deputies discovered evidence that Henderson’s death was a result of foul play.accused1
An anonymous tip called into CrimeStoppers June 2 led investigators to a residence in the 4600 block of 65th West Avenue in Tulsa.
OSBI agents say Henderson went to the residence where 63-year-old Paul Edward Carrier was living and got into an argument with him. Carrier is alleged to have shot Henderson in the back yard of the residence, killing him. Carrier and 45-year-old David W. Davidson are accused of disposing Henderson’s body in a flooded-area outside of Mannford.
accused2On June 4, Davidson was arrested at his home in Tulsa without incident. He was booked into the Creek County jail and charged with First Degree Murder and Desecration of a Human Corpse. On June 5, an arrest warrant was issued for Carrier. At approximately 6:30 that evening, Carrier was arrested in Tulsa without incident. He is also in the Creek County jail facing charges of First Degree Murder and Desecration of a Human Corpse.
