Henryetta captured first place in the number 1 and number 2 doubles and second in 2 singles and fourth in 1 singles for the 4A regional tennis title.
Individual first place honors went to the number 1 doubles team of Kade Bailey and Matt Wieberdink and Jarrett Day and Tyger Freeman in the number 2 doubles brackets.
In singles, HHS junior Eli Palmer lost his finals match to Okmulgee after weeping through wins over Victory Christian and Rejoice Christian Academy.
Tyler Dunn started out with back to back wins over Cleveland and Victory Christian then lost a 3,0 match to Sallisaw. He started out with a 1,1 win against Harrah but missed out on third with a 2,1 loss to Regent.
In the number 1 doubles brackets, Bailey and Wieberdink blanked Bristow 0,0 then won 0,2 over Nowata. They took a 2,1 victory against Harrah for first place.
While they were winning their bracket, the HHS number 2 doubles team started their march to victory with a 0,0 win over Regent followed by a 2,3 match against Rejoice. The day came to an end with a 6,4 win over Harrah in the finals.
Henryetta had a total of 33 team points, outdistancing the Okmulgee Bulldogs with 28 and Harrah with 24.
