Even though many families are staying at home due to COVID-19, there is still a need for foster families across the state.
child welface“On any given day, just over 8,000 children in the State of Oklahoma are in DHS custody,” said Heather Huff, Oklahoma Department of Human Services child welfare specialist.
“Like any child, these children need to be in families and more foster families are needed across the state to give these children a safe place to live, within their own communities, while their families get the help they need.”
