With restrictions eased somewhat, Henryetta Knights and Lady Knights started getting in shape for the coming season. Nearly 30 players turned out for the Tuesday morning workouts at the football field and over a dozen Lady Kngiths went through their drills at the softball field. The workouts see players broken down into groups and maintaning distance between them and coaches. All equipment is sanitized between uses by the individuals.
