Harce W. "Bill" Dwiggins, a resident of Weleetka, died May 23, 2015 in Tulsa at the age of 86. He was born Nov. 4, 1928 in Parker, Okla., to Willie T. Dwiggins and Ella Rose (Watters) Dwiggins. Bill served with the United States Army during the Korean War Era. Through the years Bill worked at PPG Industries, American Merchant Bank in Okmulgee and Eagle-Picher Smelter.
He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Garland, Van, and Johnny, as well as two sisters, Niva and Letha.
He is survived by his wife Wanda of the home; children, Ricky Dwiggins and wife Teresa of Edmond,Jeff Dwiggins and wife Debbie of Edmond, Lexie and husband Tim of Bartlesville; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brother, Joe Dwiggins and wife Joey; sister, Hazel McLellan and husband Arvard; three step-sons, Terry Scantlen and wife Cristy, David Townsend and wife Jackie and Chris Fletcher, as well as six step grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 11 a.m., until 8 p.m., Tuesday with family present to greet friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Pallbearers will be, Jeremy Radebaugh, Chad Radebaugh, Trent Radebaugh, Jimmy McClellan, Randy Dwiggins and Kenny Williams.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Integrity Chapel with Ronald "Red" Coleman, officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Weleetka under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
