A home burglary was cleared up with the arrest of a Henryetta man Friday.
Kenneth Ray Pitts was charged with second degree burglary of a home a month ago.
According to police, the 41-year-old Pitts was arrested after the crime victim allegedly saw him with a backpack that was taken in the robbery.
Police say he broken into the home and took some clothes, the backpack, old medication and some knick knacks.
The owner of the house said nothing of real value was taken but the house was ransacked by the intruder.
