Wilson Lee King, Jr., a lifetime resident of Okmulgee died Dec. 31, 2020 in Okmulgee at the age of 65. He was born to Wilson King, Sr. and Wanda Lee (West) King in Sac-A-Tone, Arizona.
Wilson married Karen Lynn Burgess June 8, 1991 at Little Cussetah United Methodist Church. He was a track inspector for Union Pacific railroad, retiring June 1, 2016. He was a member of Little Cussetah United Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilson King, Sr. and Wanda Lee King, also his father-in-law, Monroe Burgess, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Lynn King of the home; three children: Matthew King of Okmulgee, Whitney King of Okmulgee and Esiah King also of Okmulgee; six siblings: Linda Bemore of Okmulgee, JoAnn Harjo of Okmulgee, Dewayna King of Morris, Allen King of Okmulgee, Bobby King of Okmulgee and Lisa Sands of Okemah; also by many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
Viewing for Wilson will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021 at Integrity Funeral Service.
The casket will be taken to Little Cussetah United Methodist Church at 4 p.m. for Wake Services at 7 p.m.
Wilson's nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021 at Little Cussetah United Methodist Church with Rev. Nelson Harjo officiating. Interment will follow in Burgess Family Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
