A Henryetta woman was the victim of a fatal crash Monday night north of Weleetka.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Tina Berry, 45, was the lone occupant of a 2013 Jeep that was northbound on US 75. Trooper David Brown said the vehicle went left off the roadway onto a grassy shoulder. It traveled for a distance there then struck a cement culvert on the north side of the road.
Berry was pronounced dead at the scene by Creek Nation EMS.
Both the condition of the driver as well as the cause of the accident are still under investigation.
Trooper Brown said seatbelts were not un use at the time of the accident but the airbags deployed.
