For awhile it looked as though the Lady Knights would be taking a win against Haskell. That was all to change in the seventh inning as the Lady Haymakers took a 4-3 win.
Henryetta picked up a run in the first inning then defended that small lead throughout most of the game. In the fourth inning Kasedi Gobin parked the third pitch with a 1-1 count over 213 feet across the fence to put the Lady Knights in a 2-0 advantage. That same inning saw McKayla Greenhaw score on a line drive by Skylar Morris.
Haskell was not going to take the loss when a seventh inning double gave the Haymakers a 3-2 advantage. On the next pitch, Haskell scored what would be the final run on a double to left.
In the bottom of the seventh, Henryetta had a ground out and back to back strikeouts to close off the game.
