Henryetta senior Avery Miller has been chosen as the pitcher for the All-State fast-pitch softball game.
The daughter of Kenny and Tamara Miller, she has been a member of the Lady Knights softball team for the past four years.
In the just-completed fast pitch season, she started 133 times facing 567 batters. Of those, she threw 145 strikeouts and walked 30. She won 13 games and lost nine.
Offensively, Miller went to bat in 34 game and chalked up 22 hits.
