Henryetta residents will embrace their inner “elf” when HES fourth and fifth grade students present their production of Elf The Musical JR. The show featuring approximately 125 of Henryetta Elementary School’s fourth and fifth graders, premieres March 4.
“Elf The Musical JR. is an uplifting musical about one boy’s quest to find his true identity.
HES will present Elf The Musical JR. at the Alice Ghostley Auditorium. Tickets are $5 for adults and $1 for students, and are available at the auditorium door. For more information on the show please contact the director, Rachael Bourn.
Elf The Musical JR. is based on the 2003 New Line Cinema hit and features songs by Tony Award nominees Matthew Sklar (The Wedding Singer) and Chad Beguelin (Disney's Aladdin On Broadway, The Wedding Singer), a book by Tony Award winners Thomas Meehan (Annie, The Producers, Hairspray) and Bob Martin (The Drowsy Chaperone).
