The HHS Lady Knights are getting ready to host Meeker in the district tournament Thursday afternoon.
Henryetta will be going into the district with a 20-4 season while Meeker has eight wins and 11 losses.
Coach Ryan Swallow said the tournament is a best of three contest with the winner advancing to regionals. Gametime is set for 1.
Henryetta will be heading to Bristow Tuesday where they meet Cushing for the North Rock Creek Championship. That game will be followed by a contest with Bristow.
This past Thursday, Henryetta was able to get one win but lost two at the festival at Firelake.
The Lady Knights posted six runs in the fourth inning to defeat 6A Bixby 7-1.
In the first game of the series, Henryetta fell behind early on to lose to 5A Tecumseh 7-3.
The big game was against Prague where the teams were tied 7-7 in the final frame of play. Prague used a single that gave the Lady Demons the 8-7 win.
That game saw Jaylynn Joslin open the Henryetta attack with a first inning homer then Shelby Kilhoffer had a triple to center for two RBIs.
Prague attacked with five home runs that kept the game tight until the final inning.
