State Senator Roger Thompson and State Representatives Scott Fetgatter and Logan Phillips will be the featured speakers at the October Okmulgee County Republican Party meeting.
The meeting will be held Sept. 11 at 6:30 p.m. at the Okmulgee American Legion building 730 West Sixth.
All three state officials will be updating the public on legislation and events this past year and looking ahead to 2012.
Phillips is in the final days of his term as state representative and will be recognized for his service to the state.
