The Henryetta Knights made their first appearance at an area basketball tournament in over 30 years Saturday.
Playing at Kellyville, the Knights went up against Prague's Red Devils and had to settle for second place by a 63-49 margin.
Henryetta knotted up the score three times during the game but the tough defense mounted by the undefeated Prague boys made the difference.
Skylar Greenhaw, whose last-second goal gave Henryetta the district title, led the Henryetta scoring with 17 points. Hunter Gobin added ten while Nick Hudson contributed eight, Jordan Short with five, Will Perez three and Austin Palmer one.
Henryetta goes to Ada for the area tournament Thursday afternoon with a 3 p.m. match against Silo.
