Grieving classmates, family and friends came together Monday night for a special vigil for the victims of a needless tragedy looking for some solace among others. The service was held at the Knight Center gym with several area pastors on hand to provide comfort and care in the time of loss. Pastor Ryan Wells said, “The Knight family lost a great deal today. We have faced tragedy in the past but the loss today is hard to wrap our heads around.” He gave hope that a strong belief in God’s love would help and pointed out a number of churches have representatives on hand to visit with students. The school is also providing grief counselors to help students deal with the events.
