
He earned his Bachelor of Science in marketing and his master's in health care administration, both from Oklahoma State University.
“I have a tremendous amount of respect for the legacy that Dee is leaving,” said Eaton. “I’m looking forward to working with the team in Henryetta and getting to know the community we serve.”
Renshaw has been with the Hillcrest HealthCare System for 22 years. He worked at Hillcrest Henryetta for five years before transferring to Bailey Medical Center in Owasso just after it opened in 2006.
After three years there, Renshaw returned to Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta. He oversaw the expansion of the hospital’s emergency room and the $4 million remodel of about 40% of the hospital. The ER expansion opened in December of 2019.

“I have enjoyed my time with this community; Henryetta and its residents are special,” Renshaw said. “I am immensely proud of our hospital employees and their purpose of caring for patients and one another. As I step into retirement, I am filled with appreciation for what we achieved as a team. Thank you for the trust you placed in me.”
Eaton’s first day as CEO is Monday, Aug. 28.
