Donna Ruth Free, a resident of rural Henryetta, died Aug. 7, 2015 at her home at the age of 63. She was born June 27, 1952 in Muskogee to Ola Andrew Myers and Margie Pearl Sowers Myers.
She married Charles Free Oct. 22, 1967 in Wagoner. She worked at Walmart and then worked as a truck driver with her husband Charles for over 20 years. She was a member of Dewar First Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Free, two brothers, John Lee Myers, Jerry Amos Myers, five sisters, Millie Spears, Wanda Scroggins, Faye Flanary, and infant sister Olis Savanis Myers.
She is survived by two daughters: Sheri Cantrell and husband Donny and Tammy Luton, both of Henryetta; four grandchildren: Haley Cantrell of Ada, Charlie Grisham and wife Leah of Henryetta, Matt Grisham and Fiance' Sasha Mitchell of Paris, Ark., and Dakota Cantrell of Henreytta; one great granddaughter, Rezzie Mitchell of Paris; two brothers: Devone Myers and Cheryl of Wagoner and Berma Myers of Oklahoma City; one sister, Peggy Poolaw of Oklahoma City; as well as a host of friends and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be, Charlie Grisham, Matt Grisham, Donny Cantrell, Dakota Cantrell, Brian Martin and Tony Free. Honorary pallbearers will be Rusty Beel, James Stephens and Shawn Williams.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015 at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Ryan Wells and Rev. Jack Vance officiating. Interment will follow in Sonora Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
