Henryetta high school cross country boys placed fourth in the meet at Claremore Saturday.
Senior Austin Green paced the Knights with a time of 3:49.90 in the 3200 meter run. Adding points to the Henryetta total were Trevor King, Jahse Kranz and Riley Floyd.
First place in the high school boys run went to Josiah Antis who had a time of 3:25.09.
In a separate competition, contestants in ninth and tenth grades competed with Lincoln Christian taking first.
Henryetta runners finishing that 3200 meter course were Blake Wynne, Justice World and Ethan Goodner. All finished in the four-minute range.
The HHS girls 11th and 12 grade competition saw Cheyanne Thomas complete the 1600 meter contest with a time of 5:36.62 followed by Kaylee Watson and niece Gilland.
The high school girls run was won by the Vinita high school team.
Kelsie Sadler was the lone Henryetta runner in the girls ninth and tenth grade run. She finished in 54th place with a 5:47.83 time.
Henryetta’s middle school runners took ninth place in their 1600 meter contest.
Kenleigh Kaler, Thalia Delso, Emilee Green, Brittany Nash and Mykah Hott placed 36th through 126th places.
