State Representative Logan Phillips will be returning to his office at Oklahoma City following the election Tuesday.
Phillips retained his seat after winning all three counties in his district. He carried Okmulgee County with 3,770 as opposed to 1,735 for former state representative Steve Kouplen. Logan received 2,208 votes in Hughes County and 2,525 in Okfuskee County. Kouplen had 1,167 and 1,457 in those counties respetively.
