Weleetka students will have two new rides following passage of the $240,000 bond question Tuesday.
The money will be used to buy one new full sized bus and a full sized activity bus complete with school logo as well as a school truck.
According to Christopher Carter, school superintendent, voters needed to approve the question by two-thirds majority. A total of 59 votes favored the measure while 15 were opposed for a 79 percent approval rate.
He said the school will be retiring two older route buses and the current activity buses will be moved to the routes.
