A vacant house on Bryant Road was completely destroyed around midnight Monday night. The fire is believed to be intentionally set and is being investigated as arson. Plainview and Henryetta fire departments were called to the scene but, by the time they arrived, the entire building was engulfed in flames. Firemen concentrated their efforts on keeping the flames from spreading to a garage and were able to save that building. That area has seen a number of fires set along country roads during recent months.
