A Henryetta teenager is said to have received head, arm and leg injuries when his pickup crashed north of town Wednesday.
OHP Trooper Brad Giulioli said the teen was going south on U.S. 75 when the vehicle went off the road striking a culvert and a road sign. It rolled about five times throwing the driver out of the vehicle.
The youth was flown to St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in stable condition. Because the driver was a juvenile no names were released.
