A Henryetta man is facing several complaints following a high speed motorcycle chase Tuesday night.
devin meltonDevin Allen Melton, 28, was arrested after Henryetta policeman Paul Brown, jr., chased him to Okmulgee. Melton was said to have left the highway and went into a neighborhood where he struck a ditch then tried to flee on foot. He was caught and arrested. 
According to police reports, the pursuit started just south of the Dewar junction on US 75 when Brown saw a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed.
The motorcycle driver failed to pull over when Brown turned his lights and siren on.
Melton was booked into the county jail on complaints of felony eluding, possession of marijuana, expired tag, improper tag display, no motorcycle license, possession of a firearm after a felony conviction, transporting a loaded firearm, concealing stolen property and several warrants out of Okmulgee County.
