body foundHenryetta police are investigating the cause of death for a man found just off Corporation Friday morning.
The body of the individual was found among some city-owned piles of gravel just east of the railroad tracks. the discovery was made by city employees when they arrived for work.
Police chief Steve Norman said the exact cause of death will be determined by the state Medical examiner who all but ruled out foul play. He said identification would have to be made by the coroner's office.
The area was cordoned off for several hours while police looked throughout the scene.
This is the second death in Henryetta within the past two months. The first, behind a business at 10th and Main, was ruled natural causes.
