The Walker Cup is back in Henryetta after the 20-8 win by the Knights over Morris Friday night.
Henryetta put two touchdowns on the board before the Eagles could find the goal line. Nick Hudson provided the first with an 11 yard run to pay dirt in the second quarter then David Reid came across from four yards out. Neither conversion attempt were successful.
Henryetta capitalized on a blocked punt to set up that touchdown. Blaze Hill made the turnover possible when he deflected the ball on a fourth down situation.
Morris used a 26-yard pass in the fourth quarter and picked up the conversion to get within four of a tie.
It was defense for the next seven minutes until Will Perez took a 13-yard pass from Brady Norman for six then Jason Powders added two on a pass from Hudson.
Overall the game was a defensive match with neither team really getting an advantage.
Henryetta picked up 100 yards on the ground while Morris had 53 rushing.
HHS quarterback Brady Norman and Hudson had eight passing attempts with four completions for 71 yards. Morris threw the ball 16 times with nine being caught for 95 yards.
This week the Knights will be taking a Friday off but will be hosting Prague Sept. 22.
