Hillcrest Henryetta Hospital has achieved a national ranking in healthcare organizations.
Modern Healthcare magazine has ranked the local facility 56th Best Places to Work in Healthcare across the country.
That ranking is based on a confidential employee survey and in-depth questionnaire assessing overall satisfaction, work-life balance, communication, policies and practices, work environment and culture.
“Serving our local community is a true privilege and I am grateful to the doctors, nurses and hospital team members who put our patients first every day,” said CEO of Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta Eric Eaton. “This award is a celebration of their dedication and a testament to the culture and workplace that we’ve built in Henryetta together.”
Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta joins six other entities from Ardent Health Services, the hospital’s parent company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Three other hospitals from Hillcrest HealthCare System, Tulsa Spine and Specialty Hospital, Bailey Medical Center and Hillcrest Hospital Cushing were also ranked among the best – at No. 4, 41 and 46, respectively.
